The Challenge Day program is a transformative, six-hour experiential workshop designed to break down social barriers, eliminate bullying, and build deep empathy among middle and high school students. Proudly sponsored and funded by the Ocean County Prosecutor’s Office, this life-changing initiative is available to local school districts looking to cultivate safer, more compassionate learning environments.

By stepping outside the traditional classroom setup, Ocean County students participate in high-energy games and safe, small-group discussions that encourage them to look past stereotypes, share their true selves, and realize they are not alone in their struggles.
