Palmero, J.S.C., in connection with an incident that occurred on February 27, 2024, en el municipio de ladrillo. En el momento de su sentencia en agosto 22, 2025, the State will be seeking a term of five years New Jersey State Prison with a 42-month period of parole ineligibility.
En febrero 27, 2024, en avance de una investigación en curso, the Brick Township Police Department Special Emergency Response Team executed court-authorized search warrants at a residence on Rocky Mountain Boulevard as well as a motor vehicle owned by Holden. Como resultado, Officers seized a Glock G43 9mm handgun and hollow point ammunition. Further investigation revealed that the handgun had been reported stolen out of Georgia. Como resultado, Holden was charged accordingly on a warrant and his name was entered into the National Crime Information Center Database.
En marzo 11, 2024, Holden was taken into custody by Officers from the Brick Township Police Department.
