Fritch, J.S.C., to ten years New Jersey State Prison relative to his previously entered guilty plea to Possession of More than One Half-Ounce but Less than Five Ounces of Cocaine with Intent to Distribute in connection with an investigation that took place in Brick Township in June 2023. Wheeler pled guilty to the charge before Judge Fritch on July 15, 2024.

Detectives observed Wheeler exit the residence and leave the area in a motor vehicle. Wheeler was taken into custody without incident.
