El fiscal del condado de Ocean, Bradley D.. Billhimer anunció que en octubre 6, 2025, Darnell Williams, 34, del municipio de Manchester, was charged with two counts of Criminal Sexual Contact and two counts of Endangering the Welfare of a Child.
An investigation by the Ocean County Prosecutor’s Office Special Victims Unit, Departamento de policía del municipio de Manchester, and Stafford Township Police Department revealed that between 2020 y 2023, Williams inappropriately touched a minor female victim in Manchester and Stafford Townships. As a result of the investigation, Williams was charged with the aforementioned offenses on October 6, 2025; he will be served with the charges at the Atlantic County Jail where he is presently detained on three counts of Sexual Assault, tres cargos de poner en peligro el bienestar de un niño, y tres cargos de mala conducta oficial – todo en relación con incidentes ocurridos en el condado de Atlantic. A detention hearing as to Williams’ most recent charges arising out of Manchester and Stafford will be scheduled by the Court.
