TOMS RIVER MAN INDICTED FOR MAINTAINING A CONTROLLED DANGEROUS SUBSTANCE PRODUCTION FACILITY, FINANCIAL FACILITATION, AND NARCOTICS CHARGES

An investigation by the Berkeley Township Police Department Detective Bureau determined that Kessel was utilizing a residence in the Holiday City section of Toms River for narcotics distribution purposes.
