Ocean County Prosecutor Bradley D. Billhimer announced that Detectives from the Ocean County Prosecutor’s Office Narcotics Strike Force collaborated with Jackson Township Police Department Special Enforcement Unit, Jackson Township Police Department Special Response Team, Manchester Township Police Department Narcotics Enforcement Unit, Ocean Township (Waretown) Police Department Detective Bureau, Ocean Gate Police Department Detective Bureau, and Toms River Township Police Department Special Enforcement Team, to conduct a two-month-long investigation into the distribution of illegal narcotics in Ocean County. This cooperative, multi-agency investigation identified a commercial establishment in Toms River, two residences in Waretown, and a residence in Jackson, as being utilized by Glenn Jazikoff, 41, of Jackson, Jennifer Jazikoff, 38, of Jackson, Debra Lomonico, 60, of Toms River, Kristie Lomonico, 37, of Waretown, Jessica Rein, 37, of Waretown, and Michael Fidali, 38, of Waretown, to distribute marijuana to individuals in Ocean County through a delivery service referred to as “The Green Bean.”
On July 25, 2025, Detectives from the Ocean County Prosecutor’s Office Narcotics Strike Force and Toms River Township Police Department established surveillance on a commercial establishment on Route 9 in Toms River. Detectives observed the aforementioned suspects enter the business; as the suspects exited the business, they were each taken into custody without incident. Detectives subsequently executed court-authorized search warrants on the commercial establishment in Toms River, two residences in Waretown, and the residence in Jackson. As a result, Detectives seized in excess of 25 pounds of marijuana and THC products, approximately nine ounces of methamphetamine, one ounce of psilocybin, and $2,300 in United States currency. Additionally, at the Jackson residence, Detectives discovered an unsecured, loaded .45 caliber handgun and narcotics – with two minors present at the residence.
Glenn Jazikoff was charged with Possession of a Firearm during a Controlled Dangerous Substance Offense, Possession of More than 25 pounds of Marijuana and THC Products, Possession of More than One Ounce of Psilocybin with Intent to Distribute, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Conspiracy to Possess and Distribute More than 25 Pounds of Marijuana, Possession of More than Five Ounces of Methamphetamine with Intent to Distribute, Financial Facilitation, and Endangering the Welfare of a Child. Glenn Jazikoff was transported to the Ocean County Jail and subsequently released as a consequence of New Jersey Bail Reform.
Jennifer Jazikoff was charged with Possession of a Firearm during a Controlled Dangerous Substance Offense, Possession of More than 25 pounds of Marijuana and THC Products, Possession of More than One Ounce of Psilocybin with Intent to Distribute, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Conspiracy to Possess and Distribute More than 25 Pounds of Marijuana, Possession of More than Five Ounces of Methamphetamine with Intent to Distribute, Financial Facilitation, and Endangering the Welfare of a Child. Jennifer Jazikoff was transported to the Ocean County Jail and likewise released as a consequence of New Jersey Bail Reform.
Debra Lomonico was charged with two counts of Distribution of More than One Ounce but Less than Five Pounds of Marijuana and Conspiracy to Possess and Distribute More than 25 Pounds of Marijuana. Debra Lomonico was served with the charges via summons pending an upcoming first appearance in Ocean County Superior Court.
Kristie Lomonico was charged with Distribution of More than One Ounce but Less than Five Pounds of Marijuana, Possession of More than 25 Pounds of Marijuana with Intent to Distribute, and Conspiracy to Possess and Distribute More than 25 Pounds of Marijuana. Kristie Lomonico was served with the charges via summons pending an upcoming first appearance in Ocean County Superior Court.
Jessica Rein was charged with Possession of More than 25 Pounds of Marijuana with Intent to Distribute and Conspiracy to Possess and Distribute More Than 25 Pounds of Marijuana. Rein was served with the charges via summons pending an upcoming first appearance in Ocean County Superior Court.
Michael Fidali was charged with Conspiracy to Possess and Distribute More than 25 Pounds of Marijuana. Fidali was served with the charges via summons pending an upcoming first appearance in Ocean County Superior Court.
