Ocean County Prosecutor Bradley D. Billhimer announced that on April 2, 2024, the Honorable Kimarie Rahill, J.S.C., ordered that John Vincentini, 64, of Lacey Township, shall remain detained in the Ocean County Jail pending trial on charges of Manufacturing Marijuana in a Quantity of More than Five Pounds but Less than 25 Pounds, Distribution of Marijuana in a Quantity of More than One Ounce but Less than Five Pounds, Possession of Marijuana, two counts of Possession of an Assault Firearm, Unlawful Possession of a Rifle, three counts of being a Certain Person Not to Possess a Weapon, and Financial Facilitation. Additionally, Judge Rahill ordered that John Vincentini’s wife, Karen Vincentini, 64, also of Lacey Township, shall remain detained in the Ocean County Jail pending trial on charges of Manufacturing Marijuana in a Quantity of More than Five Pounds but less than 25 Pounds, Possession of Marijuana, two counts of Possession of an Assault Firearm, and Financial Facilitation.
Both John Vincentini and Karen Vincentini have been lodged in the Ocean County Jail since their apprehension on March 21, 2024. John Vincentini’s detention hearing was handled by Assistant Prosecutor Julie Peterson, and Karen Vincentini’s detention hearing was handled by Assistant Prosecutor Annie Wen.
The charges referenced above are merely accusations and the press and public are reminded that all defendants are presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty beyond a reasonable doubt in a court of law.
