Prosecutor Billhimer understands that as a case proceeds through the criminal justice system, the process can have an impact upon the lives of victims, witnesses, and their families. As investigations are ongoing and prosecutions are pending, it can be overwhelming to all of those involved. Victim/Witness has an entire team of individuals who are available to help you through this tough time.
Our Victim / Witness Staff is a group of highly trained and compassionate individuals that are assigned to a case as needed. They are available to help answer your questions as well as give you an update on the status of your case while members of our investigative staff do what they do best – investigate. We urge individuals to reach out to their Victim/Witness advocate before contacting the Detective or Agent assigned to their case. Often times, our Detectives and Agents are aggressively working on your case and may not be available and while we are available for you and have access to your case. They will be able to answer your questions and connect you with any resources you may need.
