FOUR MERCER COUNTY RESIDENTS AND ONE OCEAN COUNTY RESIDENT CHARGED WITH NARCOTICS AND WEAPONS OFFENSES

Christopher MacLeod, 30, of Ewing, charged with Possession of more than 25 Pounds of Marijuana with Intent to Distribute in violation of NJSA. 2C:35-5b(10)(a); Possession of more than Five Pounds of Hashish with Intent to Distribute in violation of NJSA. 2C:35-5b(10)(a); Conspiracy to Possess more than 25 Pounds of Marijuana with Intent to Distribute in violations of NJSA. 2C:5-2a(1) y NJSA. 2C:35-5b(10)(a); Possession of Percocet with Intent to Distribute in violation of NJSA. 2C:35-5b(5); Possession of Percocet in violation of NJSA. 2C:35-10a(1); Possession of Marijuana in violation of NJSA. 2C:35-10a(3)(b); Possession of Drug Paraphernalia in violation of NJSA. 2C:36-2a; Certain Person Not to Possess a Weapon in violation of NJSA. 2C:39-7b; Possession of a Firearm during a Controlled Dangerous Substance Offense in violation of NJSA. 2C:39-4.1a; and Financial Facilitation in violation of NJSA. 2C:21-25C. MacLeod is lodged in the Ocean County Jail pending a detention hearing.

 

Meghan Norton, 33, of Ewing, charged with Possession of More than 25 Pounds of Marijuana with Intent to Distribute in violation of NJSA. 2C:35-5b(10)(a); Possession of more than Five Pounds of Hashish with Intent to Distribute in violation of NJSA. 2C:35-5b(10)(a); Conspiracy to Possess more than 25 Pounds of Marijuana with Intent to Distribute in violations of NJSA. 2C:5-2a(1) y NJSA. 2C:35-5b(10)(a); Possession of Percocet with Intent to Distribute in violation of NJSA. 2C:35-5b(5); Possession of Percocet in violation of NJSA. 2C:35-10a(1); Possession of Marijuana in violation of NJSA. 2C:35-10a(3)(b); Possession of Drug Paraphernalia in violation of NJSA. 2C:36-2a; Possession of a Firearm during a Controlled Dangerous Substance Offense in violation of NJSA. 2C:39-4.1a; and Financial Facilitation in violation of NJSA. 2C:21-25C. Norton was transported to the Ocean County Jail; she was subsequently released by the Court as a consequence of New Jersey Bail Reform.

 

Autumn Hearns, 40, of Ewing, charged with Conspiracy to Possess more than 25 Pounds of Marijuana with Intent to Distribute in violation of NJSA. 2C:5-2a(1) y NJSA. 2C:35-5b(10)(a); Possession of more than One Ounce but less than Five Pounds of Marijuana with Intent to Distribute in violation of NJSA. 2C:35-5b(11)b; Posesión de metanfetamina en violación de NJSA. 2C:35-10a(1); Possession of Marijuana in violation of NJSA. 2C:35-10a(3)(b); y Posesión de parafernalia de drogas en violación de NJSA. 2C:36-2a. Altieri was charged on a summons and released pending a future court appearance.
