Ocean County Prosecutor Bradley D. Billhimer announced that on October 8, 2024, the Honorable David M. Fritch, J.S.C., ordered that Keith Hahn, 46, of Toms River, shall remained detained in the Ocean County Jail on charges of Aggravated Sexual Assault, Sexual Assault, Aggravated Criminal Sexual Contact, Kidnapping, Luring, and Endangering the Welfare of a Child, all in connection with an incident that occurred in Toms River on September 29, 2024.
Hahn has been lodged in the Ocean County Jail since his apprehension on October 1, 2024. The detention hearing was handled by Assistant Ocean County Prosecutor Victoria Veni.
The charges referenced above are merely accusations and the press and public are reminded that all defendants are presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty beyond a reasonable doubt in a court of law.
